These Fill-In Phonics Stamps Set helps students explore blends, digraphs and higher-level vowel sounds as they stamp and write over 70 words. These dense foam stamps each have an illustrated word with one or more missing letters. Children just stamp then fill in the missing sound to complete each word. This set includes over 74 stamps. Each stamp measures 3 x 4.5cm. Suitable for children ages 5+.
This engaging hands-on activity allows children to explore language and literacy in a fun and creative way. Simply press the stamp into ink (ink pad sold separately) and press onto paper. Students are then able to sound out the letters to find which ones are missing from the word, using the stamp picture as a handy prompt. Mix and match the stamps to make a story, using the words and pictures to fill the sentences. With 70 words there’s endless possibilities for all sorts of creative tales.
